Computer Tuition Service

 

ProTech IT Solutions offer an “in your home” tuition service, where an Adult IT Lecturer will help you understand how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. It may be the case you want to learn how to attach and send pictures in emails, or surf the Internet for information, without spending hours doing so!

 

Tuition can be tailored to meet your own personal needs and can also be scheduled for a time that suits your lifestyle!

 

Handouts and booklets can be designed, compiled and included alongside the tuition, to help you retain the new skills you've mastered!

Charges:

  • If we believe a repair will be more than the computer is worth, we will let you know and give you the option to halt the repair.

  • We operate a No Fix-No Fee service!

  • There is no Call-Out fee!

  • Our rates are very reasonable at £55 for the 1st hour and £20 any hour after that!

  • Telephone or remote assistance is charged at £20 for each hour!

  • Diagnosis of the problem is free!

 

  • Tuition is charged at £25 for each hour!
